As part of Spring ISD’s commitment to helping all students reach their highest potential, the district wants to ensure it’s providing all employees with a work environment that lets them do their best work.
That’s why all staff are being urged to participate in the annual Employee Engagement Survey, which will open to employees on Wednesday, Nov. 8.
This annual survey asks employees about their views on the district, its leadership, workplace feedback and recognition, work environment, career growth, and communication. The district will use the results to track the implementation of its strategic plan and identify trends. Principals and department heads will also continue to use employee feedback to build their annual improvement plans.
Employees are being asked to please check their district email on Nov. 8 for an invitation and survey link to take the survey from their computer, tablet or smartphone. Paper copies are also available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese, upon request, from their supervisor. Employees have through Nov. 29 to participate. All responses are strictly confidential.
For more information about the survey, please contact Sylvia Wood, Communications Officer, 281-891-6014 or swood1@springisd.org.

Spring ISD will only know you participate if you identify yourself in your open-ended comments.
