The Spring Independent School District has scheduled eight informational meetings for the public to learn more about the district’s proposed $850 million bond referendum, which will appear on the Nov. 8 ballot for Spring ISD voters.
The ballot measure, which is divided into three propositions (A, B, C), is focused on districtwide safety/security and high-priority maintenance, technology upgrades, and facilities needs. It includes the rebuilding of Spring High School, construction of a districtwide education and performance facility, and renovations for several campuses. All informational meetings will begin at 6 p.m. and will include a presentation followed by a Q&A session. The dates and locations are:
