Sarahdia Johnson has been named the new principal of Bailey Middle School. She most recently served as principal of Hoyland Elementary school, where she was recognized as the 2024-2025 Elementary Principal of the Year for her leadership in improving student attendance, academic growth and school culture. Before her principal role, Johnson held positions in Spring ISD and Humble ISD, including Digital Learning-Literacy/Math Instructional Coach and assistant principal. Johnson holds a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Secondary Education from the University of Miami.
