Families, students and community members are invited to experience all that Spring ISD has to offer at the Spring ISD Showcase, happening on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Dekaney High School (22351 Imperial Valley Dr, Houston, TX 77073).
The event will bring together schools, programs, and departments from across the district to highlight the opportunities that make Spring ISD a vibrant and welcoming community for students and families.
Visitors will be able to register on-site—including enrollment, student ID creation, and school supply distribution—while also exploring academic programs, student clubs, fine arts, and athletics. The showcase will also feature family-friendly activities, giveaways, and an on-site job fair for those interested in joining the district team.
“There’s something powerful about walking into a space where you feel seen, supported and inspired,” said Tranita Carroll, Executive Director of Family and Community Engagement. “That’s what the Spring ISD Showcase is all about. It’s a moment for our families—new and returning—to come see what’s possible for their children, meet the people who care for them every day, and feel what it means to be part of something bigger. We want everyone to be there.”
Whether you’re a current Spring ISD family or considering joining, the Showcase is an open invitation to connect, learn, and celebrate what makes Spring ISD a special place to learn and grow.
