El evento Winter Wonderland de Spring ISD regresó a Planet Ford Stadium por segundo año consecutivo, dando la bienvenida a cientos de familias y estudiantes del área el viernes pasado para una noche de actividades, juegos y diversión festiva relacionados con la alfabetización. Con la asistencia de más de 2,000 personas, fue el Winter Wonderland más grande de Spring ISD hasta el momento.

Spring ISD’s Winter Wonderland event returned to Planet Ford Stadium for a second year in a row, welcoming hundreds of area families and students on Friday for an evening of literacy-themed activities, games and holiday fun. With more than 2,000 people in attendance, it was Spring ISD’s biggest Winter Wonderland yet.

Planet Ford of Spring has once again partnered with Spring ISD to support area students, providing a donation of hundreds of brand-new books given this week to students at Anderson Elementary School. The automotive dealership’s literacy-building initiative is part of a larger collaboration sponsored by Ford Fund – the philanthropic arm of Ford Motor Company – and the nonprofit organization First Book.

Students at Eickenroht Elementary have long been encouraged to read as many books as possible, but soon a partnership with Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation will make it even easier…
