Tres destacadas maestras estudiantes universitarias de la Universidad de Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) fueron invitadas a acompañar a las maestras en la Escuela Primaria Northgate Crossing en Spring ISD para una experiencia práctica de una semana. Este programa tiene un doble propósito: reclutar educadores bilingües talentosos en el distrito, mientras que proporciona a los estudiantes universitarios con una visión muy valiosa en la profesión docente.
