With smiles, applause, and the gleam of shiny, new framed certificates being passed from hand to hand, sixteen Spring ISD seniors took the next step toward their futures as they were honored during the 2025 Huntsman Scholarship Reception. Held in collaboration with the Huntsman Corporation, the reception recognized outstanding students across Spring ISD high schools for their achievements in STEM and business pathways.

More than 2,000 Spring ISD seniors celebrate graduation, cheered on by family and friends
by Spring ISDDespite the rain and stormy weather that forced delays, postponements and relocations during this year’s Spring ISD graduation ceremonies, thousands of parents and family members gathered to celebrate over 2,000 graduates of the district’s six high schools – Spring Early College Academy, Carl Wunsche Sr. High School, Momentum High School, Dekaney High School, Spring High School, and Westfield High School.

Members of the enrollment, recruitment, and admissions teams from UHD were on hand to tell the students more about the school, focusing on affordability, accessibility, and achievability on the campus, which offers more than 40 majors.
