The Spring ISD Education Foundation has established the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund and is accepting monetary donations that will be used to support Spring families and employees as they work to recover from the aftermath of the storm.
“We know the hard work is just beginning as many in our community recover and rebuild. We appreciate the Foundation for stepping up, as they always do, to help our families and staff members who have been devastated by this event,” said Superintendent Dr. Rodney Watson. “With all of us working together and supporting each other, we will persevere on behalf of our students and community. “
Donations to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund are 100 percent tax-deductible. Please consider making a contribution by clicking here and using the button “Hurricane Harvey Donation”.
All of the donations will be distributed via small grants to Spring ISD students, families and staff impacted by Harvey.
The Foundation, established in 1993 to benefit the students and teachers of the District, is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is a collaborative effort that includes local business, community, and educational leaders.
