Ramonda Olaloye has joined Spring ISD as the Assistant Superintendent of Research, Accountability, and Testing.
In this role, Olaloye will focus on directing all district activities related to collecting, reporting and analyzing data associated with federal, state and local accountability systems. She also will help to identify and provide the information needed in order to make decisions about program effectiveness, curriculum development, interventions required by local and state entities, and more.
Olaloye has nearly two decades of experience in education, most recently serving five years at the Texas Education Agency, where she facilitated the development of a results-driven monitoring system that improved student outcomes. She has previous experience in school districts, including both Aldine ISD and Spring ISD, where she served Campus Coordinator and Diagnostician Coordinator.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Houston, as well as a Master of Education in Special Education from Sam Houston State University. She is a doctoral candidate at Sam Houston State University as well, with a Doctorate in Education in Literacy.
