The Spring ISD Communications team has been selected as the winner of 22 National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) awards in the organization’s 2024 National School Communication Awards, including 12 top Awards of Excellence.
The annual school public relations contest draws hundreds of entries each year from across the country, including submissions from public and private schools and school districts, educational organizations and business partners. Each entry highlights work in education communication and marketing, encompassing print, electronic communications, video, audio, websites and social media campaigns.
“Communications is such a vital component for us to stay connected to our parents, students, staff and community – and we are fortunate to have a dedicated team of professionals that excels at their profession,” Spring ISD Superintendent Dr. Lupita Hinojosa said. “I am so appreciative of their hard work, creativity and dedication, and it’s incredibly humbling to see their work recognized on a national level, demonstrating the excellence in our district. This is one more example of why I am the super proud Superintendent of Spring ISD.”
NSPRA has recognized standout work in the field of school communication for over 50 years. This year’s awards will be officially presented during the 2024 NSPRA National Seminar this July in Seattle.
“These national recognitions speak to the high quality and amazing creativity the Communications team brings to all aspects of their work,” said Chief of Communications Shane Strubhart. “It’s our shared passion and commitment to showcase the incredible work being done across our campuses and district and to help every child succeed.”
