Looking to celebrate a Spring ISD employee? Now’s your chance! You can nominate anyone serving in the district—be it a teacher, custodian, secretary, clerk, mechanic, bus driver, librarian, nurse, or counselor—for the Employee Excellence Award and honor their outstanding contributions.

And the best part? ANYONE can make a nomination—students, staff and parents, and community members, that means you!

Awarded by the Spring ISD Board of Trustees, this recognition honors employees who exemplify the district’s guiding principles, core values, and embody the attributes outlined in our Leadership Definition. Each month during the school year, one employee is selected, and from these honorees, a grand prize winner will be announced at the Spring ISD Employee Recognition Banquet in May. The only employees not eligible for this award are Senior Leadership Team members and members of the Board of Trustees.

We’re looking for employees who are bringing the Spring ISD mission to life and helping us reach each and every Spring ISD student. To nominate them for the Spring ISD Board of Trustees Employee Excellence Award, complete the online recognition nomination form.
