El Centro de Participación Comunitaria resonaba con risas y cálidos apretones de manos, pero el ambiente se intensificó cuando el superintendente, el Dr. Kregg Cuellar, tomó el micrófono y canalizó la energía de la sala hacia el enfoque y el propósito.
